Build a technology ecosystem that drives innovation in maritime cyber security protection technology, through a world-class incubation and market acceleration process for early-stage companies
Create a Hampton Roads based Cyber Security Hub to provide a maritime domain focused environment for cyber security innovation & solutions through collaboration, education, and training in partnerships with the US Government, US Military, Commercial Interests, Academia, and International Partners
Provide resources within a commercial cyber center to support and facilitate advanced cyber learning, industry certification, STEM & Student workshops, Tech Bridges, Warfighter Center Design, Veteran’s outreach and enhancement of strong connections w/Fleet, SYSCOMs, Warfare Centers, Military Services & Federal Research Labs

Attract the best in class early-stage and emerging technology innovators to our cyber hub incubation and commercial acceleration platform, which offers direct funding resources and capital markets access to support both early-stage growth and commercial scale
Increase speed and scale to market by supplementing early-stage founder teams with our experienced fractional C-Suite teams, and through acceleration of top line revenue opportunities through our government and private industry relationships with strategic partners and customers
We reduce early-stage enterprise risks to profitable growth, through our proprietary corporate development process called Transformative Technology Acceleration (TTA) which focuses on “de-risking” early-stage, entrepreneurially driven technology companies
